Wow! What a busy and exciting week it has been in Pre-Prep and Pre-School. The highlights have included: a visit from two dentists, who showed the children how they can take good care of our teeth. They also had a great Field day with Pre-School at Hardwick Park this week where they learned about the birds which can be found in the park and also listened to the story ‘The Odd Egg’ in the outdoor story area. They even got to make their own odd eggs using clay.
Gold and Silver Class went to The Bowes Museum for their Field day together. They carried out a pattern hunt around different galleries and then created their own foam pattern templates. They were able to use these templates to print some very impressive patterns. The children had a fun time in the woodland play area and then were in awe as they watched the clockwork Silver Swan. A fantastic day out!
We wish all our families and friends a wonderful Easter holiday.
